SEO Is Slow Until It Isn't

Published:

Yesterday was a big milestone for me.

My client finally got a sale from a website I created and launched in December.

That sounds bad but there’s a lot of other information I haven’t told you yet.

It’s for a high ticket program that he was spending tens of thousands a month on Facebook Ads to get leads.

I built this website for him back in December with the premise of doing it for free and I put all of the work into getting it to rank, for a cut of each sale.

Now that it’s ranking, he can start lowering his ad spend and just convert people who go to the website.

That’s the magic of SEO. It just takes a long time.

Google Search Console graph showing the client's website with flat traffic from December through April, then clicks and impressions climbing sharply through May and June

It took about 4-5 months to start getting traffic on Google, then once it did, it exploded.

Now we have several more customers in the pipeline.

If you run a high ticket program, reach out to me and we can do something similar.
